Who we are
Car Rental Salalah is the Salalah brand of Oman Car Hire. Both are run by Nomad Tours LLC, a Muscat company that has rented cars in Oman for almost 30 years.
We built a separate site for Salalah because the questions are different here. People want to know where the car is when they land, whether they can drive down from Muscat and leave it, what khareef does to the roads, and whether a start in Dubai is possible. The answers are on these pages, in plain terms.
One fleet
The cars you see here are the same fleet that serves Muscat and the UAE pickup points: 31 vehicles, all automatic, from a Suzuki Dzire to a Land Cruiser 300. Some are based at our Salalah office all year; others come down from Muscat for the season or for your booking. Bookings, availability and payments run on one shared system, so a car confirmed for you is a car that exists.
Where we are
