How booking works
Request
Choose dates and a car. Enter your name, phone and e-mail. No card is needed at this step.
Confirmation
We check the car is free for your dates and reply by WhatsApp or e-mail. Reply time: a few hours.
Hold
Once confirmed, we place a hold on your card to secure the booking. The balance is settled at pick-up unless you prefer to pay online after confirmation.
Pick up
Bring your licence, passport or ID, and the card in the driver's name for the OMR 100 deposit. Sign, check the car with us, and go.
FAQ
Not inside the terminal. Our office is about ten minutes away. Give us your flight number and a free shuttle meets you at arrivals and takes you to the car. Allow 20 to 30 minutes from leaving the terminal to driving away.
No. You request with your name, phone and e-mail. We confirm the car first, then ask for a card to place a hold. The OMR 100 security deposit is held on a card in the driver's name at pickup and released after return.
Four days, all year round.
Yes. There is no relocation fee when you drive Muscat to Salalah yourself. Return the car to our Salalah office. The reverse direction, Salalah to Muscat, carries a one-way fee of OMR 125.
Yes, with 72 hours' notice. We deliver to Al Quoz in Dubai or to Abu Dhabi. The staff drive-out is OMR 90 plus one day's rate, and the cross-border pack is OMR 30 and includes cross-border insurance. See the Dubai to Salalah page for the documents and the border options.
Basic cover with an OMR 150 excess, 24/7 roadside assistance in Oman, and standard kilometres per day. Extra kilometres are OMR 0.100 each, or add 50 km a day for OMR 0.500 or 100 km a day for OMR 1.000. 5% VAT is shown on your quote.
Not for the town, the airport, Mughsail or Wadi Darbat, which are all on tarmac. You need a 4x4 with low range for the Empty Quarter, the upper Jebel Samhan tracks and any wadi bed. Off-road driving is only allowed in our 4WD cars.
A valid driving licence, with an International Driving Permit if you are not an Oman resident; a passport or ID; and a card in the driver's name for the deposit. Minimum driver age: 23.
