We bring the car to your hotel in Salalah: Hawana Salalah (Rotana, Fanar, Juweira), Anantara, Hilton, Crowne Plaza. Fee shown before you request.
How hotel delivery works (time slot, documents at the lobby, return at the hotel)
Choose "My hotel in Salalah" as the pickup point, give us the hotel name and a one-hour window, and we bring the car to the lobby. Our driver meets you with the agreement, checks your driving licence (plus an International Driving Permit if you are not an Oman resident), your passport or ID, and the card in the driver's name for the OMR 100 deposit. You walk round the car together, sign, and the keys are yours. Allow about 15 minutes.
At the end, leave the car with the hotel's valet or in the agreed spot and hand the keys to our driver at the time you have arranged. We release the deposit once the car is back. Delivery and collection between 08:00 and 18:00 are at the normal rate; outside those hours an out-of-hours fee of OMR 50 per vehicle applies and is shown on your quote.

Hotel delivery within Salalah, from the Hilton in the west to Hawana Salalah in the east, costs quoted on request each way and is added to your quote before you send the request. Hotels and guesthouses in Taqah and Mirbat are served on request; ask on WhatsApp and we quote the trip. The daily rate, the 4-day minimum, the insurance tiers and the deposit are the same as for an airport or office pickup.

Winter guests: charter arrival + hotel delivery
Most winter guests on a direct charter spend a week or two in one resort and want a car for the middle of the stay rather than from the day they land. That works well: arrive by the hotel's transfer, settle in, and have the car brought to the lobby on the morning you want to start exploring. Four days covers Wadi Darbat and Mirbat, Mughsail and the cliff road, the frankincense sites and a mountain run; the minimum rental is 4 days. If you would rather have the car from arrival, give us the flight number and collect at our office ten minutes from the terminal with the free shuttle, or have it delivered to the hotel for your arrival time.

Collection from the hotel at the end is charged the same way. Taqah and Mirbat are quoted on request. Delivery outside 08:00 to 18:00 adds the out-of-hours fee of OMR 50 per vehicle.
Outside khareef, 72 hours for any Salalah pickup, including hotel delivery, because the car may have to be driven down from Muscat; if it does, the positioning fee is shown on your quote. During khareef, as much notice as you can give, since August cars are requested weeks ahead. For a car already in Salalah we can often deliver sooner; ask on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly.
Yes. Tell us where and when in the request or on WhatsApp during the rental. Return to another Salalah hotel or to our office near the airport is at the standard hotel-delivery fee of quoted on request or free at the office, where the shuttle takes you on to the terminal. A return in Muscat is a one-way and carries a fee of OMR 125.
Yes. Hawana Salalah is our most common delivery address: the Salalah Rotana Resort, Fanar Hotel and Residences, Juweira Boutique Hotel and the marina apartments. We meet you at your hotel's lobby or at the address you give us for an apartment. The standard Salalah delivery fee of quoted on request applies, and Wadi Darbat is about 25 minutes from the resort gate.
No. The minimum rental is 4 days at every pickup point, including hotel delivery. If you only want the car for two days, the four-day rate still applies. Most guests find four days is the right length in any case: one day east to Wadi Darbat and Mirbat, one west to Mughsail, one in the mountains and one for the frankincense sites and the town.
