When you need a quote instead of the booking widget
Most rentals are priced live on the site. Use this page when the widget cannot do it:
- A drop-off in the UAE. We bring cars to Dubai and Abu Dhabi; returning one there is quoted by our team.
- A monthly or multi-month rental. Long-term rates are negotiated, not calculated.
- Groups of three or more cars on the same dates.
- A pickup and return pair the widget does not offer, such as Salalah to Abu Dhabi, a Taqah or Mirbat hotel, or a work site.
- Anything with a condition: a guide, a convoy for the Empty Quarter, a specific car rather than a class.
Your trip
Give us the pickup and return dates and times, where you want to collect (Salalah office or airport, your hotel, Muscat Al Azaiba or Shatti Al Qurum, Dubai Al Quoz or Abu Dhabi) and where you want to leave the car. Choose a class rather than a model unless a specific car matters, and add child seats, a rooftop tent or extra kilometres if you already know you want them.
Dubai origin extras
For a Dubai or Abu Dhabi start we also need your nationality, your Oman entry arrangements (your responsibility; we cannot arrange visas), the border you plan to use (Al Ain–Mezyad or Hatta) and your inbound flight number if you have one. The UAE start carries a staff drive-out of OMR 90 plus one day's rate and the one-off OMR 30 cross-border pack, which includes cross-border insurance, with 72 hours' notice.
What happens next
We reply on WhatsApp or e-mail within a few hours with a price in Omani rial and the car we propose. Nothing is charged and no card is needed at this step. If you accept, we confirm the car and place a hold; at handover we take the OMR 100 deposit on a card in the driver's name. Rentals run for a minimum of 4 days. In a hurry?
